Our team is looking for TEN (10) DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALISTS who will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and reporting on database-driven marketing campaigns, including personalization and automation activity, across email, paid and unpaid social channels. This is a Contract or Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Deliver Awesome and Exemplify Digital Marketing
Drive a relentless focus on customer needs and motivations across key segments
Leverage rapid, hypothesis-driven testing to pilot, optimize, and scale new initiatives.
Use data tracking including NPS, Pulse survey results, and other data sources and analytics to deliver relevant experiences and increase Marketing L&D effectiveness.
Lead testing of various ad tech platforms and new tactics such as Smart Banners, Customized Web to App Experiences (Branch Journeys) and Push Notifications while also experimenting with foundational levers such as messaging, ASO, Apple Search, Google UAC, FB CBO and landing pages etc.
Be in the forefront of mobile technology especially around Machine Learning and AI (Android and iOS).
Knowledge around best practice in building Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP).
Drive skill set assessment to identify gaps at every level and then partner to build capabilities through coaching, learning experiences, tools, and platforms.
Seek learning internally and externally so that you have constant and evolving access to the most up-to-date, breakthrough marketing strategies.
Focus on continuous improvement including soliciting and being open to feedback
Demonstrable marketing experience in brand building and digital marketing, especially in the areas of integrated marketing planning, web, social media, mobile, email, SEO, ASO, consumer insights, consumer segmentation, value proposition development, brand strategy and planning and agency management (brief writing and creative evaluation).
Must have a customer-centric mindset, be highly methodical in testing and experimentation, exemplify a data-driven approach with the ability to learn & collaborate
Advanced experience in launching and optimizing app stores (ASO), Push Notifications, UAC, App Install campaigns, AMP etc.
Keeping on top of digital marketing trends specifically around mobile, machine learning and AI.
Strong analytic skills with the ability to collect and synthesize data, while using intuition and experience to develop insights that accelerate the decision-making process.
Executive presence and ability to work with senior executives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent command of verbal and written English in order to set a vision and inspire action.
Innovative mindset and drive for continuous improvement in an agile digital world.

Demonstrated experience working effectively under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable

Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
Develop social campaigns for LinkedIn, Facebook et al social media channels that drive lead acquisition and nurture existing leads
Develop and Elevate our promotional email programs by developing/writing, deploying, measuring, and optimizing targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns for multiple Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) personas and products
Partner with sales and marketing personnel to develop persona-specific digital campaigns
Develop customer onboarding and retention nurture campaigns, resulting in increased product usage and churn reduction
Incorporate best practices into all campaigns (including, but not limited to: subject line testing, email design & content, calls to action, personalization, A/B testing, and automation rules)
Analyze campaign performance, assess against goals, and provide insights to marketing and sales teams to increase lead engagement
Facilitate and participate in weekly ‘data scrum’ meetings
Self-starter with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail
Positive attitude, proactive, accountable, strong work ethic and comfortable with ambiguity

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable proficiency and relevant experience.
Demonstrable proficiency and relevant experience with marketing and promotions
A demonstrable proficiency in digital marketing proficiency including experience in the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns including basic copywriting and editing
Experience managing PPC and paid social retargeting campaigns, including Facebook advertising
Experience designing and managing email campaigns with expertise in email best practices and optimization (subject lines, content, design, etc.)
Technical, hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Outreach.io, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)
Proficiency with database segmentation and sending targeted emails to prospect/customer segments
Experience implementing lead nurture campaigns
Strong ability to analyze and present findings related to email and digital campaign performance
Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite, Basic HTML skills and abilities
